Most of our rechargeable products include their own USB charging cable in the packaging. You will only need to connect it to a USB port (such as on a computer) or use a standard 5V cell phone wall adapter. If the product is battery operated, this information will be described on the product page.
To keep your products clean and in perfect condition, wash them with soap and water, then gently dry them with a clean towel. We recommend doing this before and after use. Don't worry, products marked as "water resistant" are water resistant.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the original packaging is sealed and undamaged . Due to the intimate nature of our products and for strict hygiene and public health reasons, we cannot accept returns of products whose packaging has been opened or the security seal broken , unless it is a manufacturing defect.
